In this formula, a dedicated instructor will provide your child and/or you with 100% personalised supervision at the appropriate pace. An instructor for one or more people, who is flexible according to your needs.
Practical info:
- Duration: 1 hour
- Price: 40€/hour, excluding entrance to the gym.
- Participants: 1 or 2 people (15€ pp/add.)
- Supervision: 1 dedicated instructor
- Age: from 6 years old
- Equipment: water bottle, sportswear
- Skills required: motivation, rigour
